1. What is Floraphecy?
Floraphecy is our limited-edition capsule of hand-embroidered, floor-length dresses—each inspired by a unique floral “prophecy.” This drop features three motifs (Magnolia, Peony, Blossom), four signature necklines (Sweetheart, Square, Off-shoulder, Halter), and curated hues per motif.
2. How does the pre-order work?
You secure your gown with a 50 % deposit (SGD $498) today. The remaining balance (SGD $497) is due when your dress is ready to ship. Pre-orders are limited to 30 gowns total and close automatically when that cap or the 30-day window is reached—whichever comes first.
3. When will my dress ship?
Production begins once we hit our first reservations. You can expect your gown to ship 21 days after your booking. Our atelier works in small, high-craft batches to ensure impeccable quality.
4. How do I choose my size?
Each gown is made to your custom sizing. You select your usual size upon check out and we will contact you regarding your custom size. We recommend consulting our Size Chart Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed drape—our matte crepe silhouette fits flexibly.
5. Can I swap the neckline or color after ordering?
Once you place your pre-order, the floral, neckline, and hue are locked in. If you change your mind within 5 days after your booking, email us at sales@giorgiacouture.com and we’ll do our best to adjust your variant.
6. What if I want a different silhouette or long sleeves?
We’re focusing on one floor-length cut for this drop. To accommodate extra coverage or sleeves, i.e: full long-sleeve or alternative silhouettes will be teased for Drop #2—join the wait-list to vote on your favourite.
7. How do I care for my Floraphecy gown?
Dry clean only by a reputable specialist.
Store flat or on a padded hanger in a garment bag.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat; our crepe and embroidery threads are delicate.
8. What is your return & exchange policy?
All pre-orders are final sale due to the bespoke nature of the production. If your gown arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos: sales@giorgiacouture.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping is US $50 flat per order. Customs or duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Most deliveries arrive in 5–7 business days after dispatch.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your gown ships, you’ll receive a DHL tracking link via email. You can also log in to your Floraphecy account and view real-time status under “My Orders.”
11. What happens when the 30-day window closes?
If we hit 30 pre-orders, the site will instantly switch to “Sold Out.”
We’ll open a Drop #2 wait-list—you’ll get first look at new colors, necklines, or silhouettes based on our pre-order demand data.
